Farmer Angus

Jeg voksede op på en kvægfarm i Kwa-Zulu Natal provinsen. Efter at have studeret Management Accounting på Stellenbosch University, blev jeg børsmægler for Goldman Sachs i London i lidt over fire år. Jeg afviste tilbudet om forfremmelse, forlod mit job og flyttede tilbage til Sydafrika. Her har jeg bygget et hjem af ler og med inspiration fra forskellige mennesker jeg har mødt undervejs, er jeg blevet en græsbonde, der studerer biodynamik og er optaget, af at binde kulstof i jorden.
