Each season the Spier winemaking team is devoted to revealing the character of the different classic varietals—because really that’s what it’s all about; realising the full potential of each grape’s unique personality, so that you can raise your glass and say ‘This is so Shiraz’ or ‘This is so Chardonnay’ and that is ‘so me’.
