This wine is our first crafted from organic grapes, making it a true expression of Spier’s ethos. The grapes are grown without the use of synthetic fertilisers, pesticide sprays or herbicides. This means that only the fittest survive, resulting in a great Spier Sauvignon Blanc made from the healthiest grapes that are grown in balance with their environment.
