The feast

We serve fresh, ethically grown farm food that pairs up well with our wines. Carefully sourced, just as carefully prepared and beautifully presented.

Every wedding feast is a showcasing our chefs’ creative juices, using produce picked every day from farmer John's food garden at Spier, or sourced from nearby growers. 

Our offering is about sticking to seasonal and simple, with as much natural flavour as possible. 

Our beef comes from grass-fed cattle raised on Spier pastures and our eggs are courtesy of properly free range chickens that scratch about in our fields. 

Spier menus are seasonal - and this includes weddings. The table keeps changing depending on what the harvest brings to it, so every wedding feast we do will always be fresh and interesting. Its own thing.

Weddings on the farm are all professionally catered by Spier. Please discuss menu planning with Hannes Loubser, our wedding specialist. External catering cannot be accommodated.
