Chef Carlos set up kitchen in the Spier barrel cellar and dished up a delectable 6-course tasting menu with Mexican and South African influences, while red winemaker Johan Jordaan presented the Spier Creative Block wines with each course, in addition to live entertainment inspired by the meal.
