Eight has introduced a new winter menu that serves up slow-cooked dishes that includes:
- Slow roasted sage and Chardonnay pork belly with whole roasted sweet potatoes, sautéed spinach and leek and feta rolls
- Rosemary-tied leg of lamb in Shiraz with buttered polenta and pancetta braised cabbage
- Slow cooked Rooibos lamb shank with mushroom risotto, marrow fritters and salsa verde
- Roast chicken with caramelised oranges, beans and toasted almond pumpkin
Bring the family to enjoy some of these dishes from 1 May 2013 to 31 August.
