AUGUST 15, 2013 | Celebrate Heritage Day in Spier Wine Farm’s beautiful Old Wine Cellar with a delicious, traditional Cape Dutch dinner. Executive Chef Lorianne Heyns will prepare some of South Africa’s favourite dishes including spicy potato samosas, rooibos and cinnamon braised lamb pot pie and a delectable array of malva pudding, sago and milktart for dessert.One of South Africa’s oldest wine farms in South Africa, Spier has a rich wine heritage and our top range is named after the 21 Cape Dutch gables that can be found across the farm.

The delectable dishes paired perfectly with the fresh and fruity Spier Signature Chenin Blanc and rich and ripe 21 Gables Chenin Blanc. JUNE 26, 2013 | Eight to Go Deli at Spier will be closing for three weeks from the 27 June to undergo some changes. It will reopen its doors on Friday the 26th July with a refreshed look and some exciting new goodies. Expect freshly home-baked cookies and pastries, homemade jams, fruit preserves and chutneys straight from our kitchen.
