Abigail prepared an amazing cheese and biscuit display that guests could nibble on upon arrival. The cheese and biscuits installation was paired with Spier Vintage Selection Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon.
Frans did a tasting of Spier Private Collection Chenin, followed by Vintage Selection Cabernet Sauvignon, Private Collection Cabernet Sauvignon and The Hutton Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dinner comprised of pork belly to share, with bowls of slaw paired with your favourite wine of the evening.
For dessert, Abigail made two giant pavlovas (recipe in the August Taste Magazine).
Guests took home a goody bag filled with Woolworths treats and a bottle of Woolworths/Spier Peachy Chenin.
