• 3 Tbsp olive oil
• Juice from half a lemon
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 Tbsp honey
• 2 Cups baby spinach
• 1 Cup fresh strawberries (cut into quarters)
• 2 Slices feta cheese (cut into cubes)
• ¼ Cup walnuts
Combine all the ingredients for the dressing and mix well. Ensure that the honey is completely mixed in.
Divide the salad ingredients between two bowls.
Top with the dressing and serve with Spier Chardonnay/Pinot Noir
