This Savvy Spritz takes our canned Sauvignon Blanc and transforms it into something made for those perfect golden hour moments – when the light is just right and the energy is exactly where you want it to be.

Our Canned Sauvignon Blanc 2025 brings ripe passion fruit and green fig flavours that mix perfectly with the gin and elderflower cordial. The wine’s natural acidity keeps the cocktail bright and lively while its tropical character adds layers of complexity you won’t find in a standard martini. Served in chilled martini glasses with lime juice and peel, this is a drink that’s both familiar and refreshingly different.

Savvy Spritz Cocktail

Ingredients: (serves 2)

1 250ml can Spier Sauvignon Blanc
2 tots gin or vodka
1,5 tots elderflower cordial
a generous squeeze of lime juice
a few ice cubes, for shaking
lime peel, to garnish

Method:

To a cocktail shaker, add the wine, gin/vodka, cordial, juice and ice. Shake well, then strain into 2 martini glasses. Garnish with lime peel and serve immediately.
