Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients:

• 2 Ripe Avocados
• 150g Dark Chocolate
• 1/4 Cup Honey/Maple Syrup
• 1/4 Cup Cocoa
• 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
• 1/4 Cup Almond Milk

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a blender

Blend on full speed until smooth

Divide mixture between 2 or 4 bowls and top with pistachios, grated chocolate or fresh berries.
