From picnics to gourmet treats: the Spier Farm Kitchen opens overlooking Spier’s historic Werf

This Spring sees the opening of the Spier Farm Kitchen on the Werf, offering everything visitors need to make their own tasty farm picnics – as well as a delicious array of produce to take home. Executive Chef Lolli Heyns and her team use seasonal produce grown organically in the Werf Food Garden a stone’s throw away from the Kitchen, as well as ingredients from other trusted local suppliers, to create nutritious, farm-inspired food.
