Recipe: FAB Beef Burger

Ingredients:
• 1kg beef mince
• 3 onions, finely chopped
• 100g coriander
• 30g ground ginger
• A good handful chopped parsley
• 30g fresh thyme
Method:
• Sweat off the onions add the coriander and the ginger, allow to cook for about 5 minutes on a low heat, allow onion mix to cool down before adding to the mix.
• Add the onion mix to the mince add the chopped parsley and the picked thyme, season well.
• Shape into 200g sized patties
Serve on freshly baked bun topped with rocket, fresh sliced tomato, beef patty, fried brown mushroom, caramelized onions and organic Foxenburg gouda, accompanied with crispy sweet potato fries and a glass of Signature Merlot.
