A feast featuring the season’s bounty — including grilled heirloom tomato and basil bruschetta, chermoulah grilled cauliflower steak and chargrilled pineapple with vegan caramel.

That’s why this Earth Hour, we’re joining millions around the world to turn off our lights from 20:30 - 21:30 — raising awareness about the important role of nature in our lives and the benefits it provides, from good food, clean air, fresh water, to so much more — benefits which, because of climate change, are under threat.
