The ‘Earth to Eat’ Winter Dinner Series at Vadas Smokehouse & Bakery on Spier Wine Farm is a chance to learn about how Vadas’ supply partners passionately support the environment and local communities.
In the first event of the dinner series, the focus is on seafood. ABALOBI wants consumers to think sustainably about the fish they eat. So they created the ABALOBI ‘Fish with a Story’ initiative to provide full traceability of all of their fish and evidence of an impressively low-carbon operational footprint supply chain. Working with small-scale fisheries, ABALOBI has created a business model that focuses on delivering lasting social, economic and ecological change.
