This conference celebrates creative approaches to food and wine making, craftsmanship and collaboration.
Speakers include cheese-maker Luke Williams, foraging experts Zayaan Khan and Loubie Rusch, and the London-based duo behind arts/architecture practice Something & Son, Paul Smyth and Andy Merritt.
