Food made good with Farmer Angus, Chef Lolli and Winemaker Tanya
At this intimate food evening, you’ll get to taste the intrinsic goodness of food from Spier’s own pastures, with fresh produce from our vegetable gardens and Farmer Angus’s pasture reared beef, pork, free-range chicken and eggs.
Executive Chef Lolli and Winemaker Tanya will present five courses made exclusively with home grown produce and paired with a selection of limited release wines from Spier’s Farm House Organic range. Farmer Angus will talk guests through the inner-workings of his dedicated approach to sustainable farming, explaining at each course how ingredients are grown and reared sustainably to create particularly good culinary experiences.
