Immerse yourself in a tantalizing 4-course culinary journey, harmonized with Spier's acclaimed wines, all within the beautifully restored Manor House. Every thoughtfully crafted dish at the Winemaker Dinners highlights the farm's commitment to regeneration.

Throughout each evening, our winemakers will lead guests to explore the farm’s rich 331-year-old winemaking heritage. Cellar Master Johan Jordaan will be joined by a specialist winemaker from the team to showcase their unique winemaking style, resulting in an unrivalled sensory experience.
