Dive into the world of Sauvignon Blanc, a highly awarded gold-winning category in Spier’s wine collection. With most of Spier’s Sauvignon Blanc vines grown along the coast, this evening's culinary adventure will kick off with a curated selection of crisp whites, including the newly released Good Natured 2022, the Seaward 2022, as well as the distinguished 21 Gables 2021 and flagship white, Frans K. Smit 2018. Inspired by Abalobi's heartfelt connection between small-scale fishers and seafood enthusiasts, the wines will be paired with seafood dishes like risotto and yellowtail ceviche.
