VINEYARD AND CLIMATE CONDITIONS:
Dryland vineyards (Durbanville) and cool climate vineyards (Elgin)
Grapes were hand-harvested using 10kg lug boxes and pre-cooled before hand-sorting. The free-run juice drained off to settle overnight before inoculation with a specialised yeast strain. Temperature-controlled fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. The wine matured in the tank for six months on the lees.

Pale gold with a lemon rind rim.
This rich and complex wine offers spicy floral and grapefruit aromas. The intensely concentrated palate has a long lime finish.
Mildly spiced dishes such as bobotie and fragrant fish curry, or creamy cheeses like Gorgonzola and Brie.
