At fremstille økologiske vine er helt i tråd med Spiers etiske-, miljømæssige og socialt bevidste landbrugsfilosofi, hvor vi udnytter naturen på måder, der er godt for jorden. Efter at have håndplukket de økologisk dyrkede druer, knuses, presses og fermenteres de ved hjælp af både naturlig og dyrket gær i vores økologisk certificerede vinkælder.
