Treat dad to a leisurely Smoke Fest at Spier on Sunday 15 June when The Southern Smoke, a Texas-style slow-smoker, serves up a feast fit for a carnivorous king.

Hand-built by Callie Louw and Craig Glutz in a barn, the smoker will be providing a range of delicious meaty options, including pulled-pork sandwiches, slow-smoked brisket and sticky smoked ribs. What better way to make dad happy?
