The set menu includes a welcome platter of breads, dips, Farmer Angus charcuterie and cheese, and a choice of plated starters, mains and desserts. Our chefs use the freshest ingredients – many are harvested from the farm – and the meat from Farmer Angus is reared on open pastures.
