Spier Light Art 2024

Grab the kids, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and best friends because this favourite, annual event has a little something for everyone. It's an interactive, nocturnal adventure featuring experimental light, sound and video artworks from local and international artists. And there will be plenty of good food and wine available. Spier Light Art is free to the public and no booking is required. All of the artworks are outside so the best time to visit is at dusk, when the sun goes down and the lights come up.

Guided tours are hosted every Tuesday and Thursday evening. Tours depart from the info kiosk at 19:30. Tours are free, book your spot here.

Pre-book your sunset picnic here (collect your picnic from 18:00 to 20:00).
The Picnickery is open daily until 21:00 with a delicious build your own picnic offering, great coffee and late-night treats.
Vadas Smokehouse & Bakery is open until 21:00 on Wednesday to Sunday, booking advised.
Bubbles & Braai bar is open daily until 21:00.
