Roll up your sleeves and prepare to dig deep into the world of regenerative agriculture with Farmer Angus McIntosh. As a long-time champion of healthy soils, Angus will guide you through his collaborative journey with Spier. Enjoy a farm-to-table feast showcasing Angus' produce such as beef carpaccio and a thoughtfully crafted selection celebrating the whole animal, as well as fresh vegetables from the Spier Food Garden. All dishes will be masterfully paired with a brand new wine range, launching in July 2024.
About our winemakers dinner series
Nestled at the very heart of our farm, the Manor House exudes a timeless charm. This grand dame, with its gable dating back to 1822, has been meticulously restored to host intimate gatherings focused on the art of food and wine.
Get an insider's perspective as our Cellar Master Johan Jordaan and fellow winemakers share captivating tales from the cellar. They'll delve into their unique philosophies and regenerative farming, offering a glimpse into the magic behind our acclaimed wines.
To ensure an intimate and personalised experience, seating is limited to one long table seating 22 guests. This fosters lively conversation and ensures personalised attention from the winemakers - a chance to connect and learn from the masters themselves. We invite you to BOOK YOUR SEAT now.
Priced at R750 per person, enjoy a four course meal, expertly paired with our award-winning wines. Detailed menus are confirmed closer to the time, depending on the availability of fresh produce from the garden and the farm.
