VINEYARD AND CLIMATE CONDITIONS:
An 8-year-old dryland vineyard planted South-east yield the grapes for this beautiful wine. The vineyards are planted around 300m above sea level.
The grapes were hand-picked early in the morning. Only the best most healthy bunches were picked. In the cellar, the grapes were de-stalked and lightly crushed. Only the free-run juice was use for fermentation. Fermentation took place in Stainless steel tanks at 12ºC. Wine was left for 4 months on the lees before bottling.
Vibrant green in colour.
Strong aromas of white peach, melon, pear and gooseberry. Mouthwatering fruit on a full palate with a good balanced acidity.
Orange-infused duck or crisp pork belly.
