The Routes of Sound Stay

Some evenings are worth staying for. The Routes of Sound is one of them. Presented by Brett Bailey and Third World Bunfight, this intimate winter music festival takes you and a guest through some of Spier’s most atmospheric spaces, unplugged and up close, with over 40 South African musicians across three winter weekends.

Before the music starts, settle in at Veld with the Routes of Sound special menu: a choice of seasonal mains, each paired with a glass of Spier’s Creative Block, our most awarded range of blends. Think 24-hour slow braised short rib, fresh tagliatelle with mushroom velouté and truffle oil, or grilled fish of the day. The kind of dinner that earns its place in the evening.

The package includes one night’s accommodation for two people sharing. For those bringing the family, Buzz Club will be open for the evening so children aged 3–12 have their own place on the farm while you listen. Please note the child policy when booking.
