Try your hand at this simple, garden fresh pesto for the perfect accompaniment to summer tapas or alfresco lunch.
Broad bean pesto
500ml Raw broad beans
250ml Raw peas
250ml Fresh mint
250ml Flaked almonds toasted
250ml Olive oil
125ml Parmesan grated
60ml Rocket
Blend everything together with salt and black pepper to taste.
