Spier Wins At Mundus Vini Great International Wine Awards

SEPTEMBER 20, 2013

Spier recently won 2 Gold medals and 2 Silver medals at the 13th MUNDUS VINI Great International Wine Awards. This year wines from 45 countries were entered and judged by 250 well-known international wine experts, making this prestigious competition the world’s largest recognised wine competition.

This year the jury awarded 30 Grand Gold medals, 1142 Gold medals and 1601 Silver medals.

Spier has been awarded with the following Gold medals:

  • Spier Creative Block 5 2011
  • Savanha Naledi Cabernet Sauvignon 2011

2 Silver medals

  • Spier 21 Gables Chenin Blanc 2010
  • Savanha Naledi Chardonnay 2012
