The Werf Garden

The Werf's old rose garden has been transformed into a kitchen garden. The first planting was in November last year, and already the space is bursting with herbs, fruit trees and vegetables. These are being grown according to organic principles – without the use of pesticides and artificial fertilisers – and are used by Eight restaurant and the Spier Hotel.
