Rooted in Seasons

We listen to our land’s rhythms, letting nature guide what we grow, cook, and share. Our food story begins with soil health and follows the natural cycle of our farm.

From Our Gardens

What we can’t harvest from our own food garden, we source from neighbours who share our commitment to ethical farming. Each ingredient tells a story of care and connection.

Ethical Sourcing

We partner with farmers like Angus who raise animals with respect, ensuring they roam freely on restored pastures. Nothing goes to waste – every part has purpose.

Gathered at the Fire

From traditional braais to wood-fired ovens, flame-cooking honours our Cape heritage while bringing people together. Fire transforms simple ingredients into memorable meals.
