Sensorial Tasting
What happens when you can’t see what you’re tasting? Spier’s heritage Manor House sets the scene for a sensorial tasting of our celebrated Creative Block wines. Guests gather in the private Green Room for this unique experience. Blindfolded, you’ll taste your way through our Creative Block range, identifying varietals and three wine-paired canapés while relying on sound, aroma, taste, touch and texture.
Without labels or visual cues, this tasting invites you to draw on your other senses and ignite your intuition and curiosity. Designed as a shared experience, the Sensorial Tasting is both reflective and interactive, making it ideal for friends, couples, families and small groups seeking something a little different. It’s an invitation to be present, curious and open to discovery.
Perfect for groups of 8–10. Duration: 60–90 minutes.
