This semi-sweet wine is rich and complex and has spicy floral, citrus and ripe peach aromas. The sweet palate’s crunchy apple and litchi flavours are followed with a crisp finish.

VINEYARD AND CLIMATE CONDITIONS:
This wine was made from partially irrigated vineyards in Stellenbosch and Dryland trellised vineyards in Cape Town. Between 16km and 20km from the ocean, these vineyards are cooled by cold Atlantic Ocean winds.
These grapes were machine harvested and processed before sunrise to preserve the grape characteristics. Skin contact was limited to four hours, and the free run juice was drained off to settle overnight before inoculation with a special yeast strain. Fermentation took place in a stainless-steel tank at 14°C. The wine matured for eleven months on the lees in the tank.
